Join the clinical team at Scandinavian Communities Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility as the Director of Social Services with additional assistance to our Admissions Director.
It is a 24-32 hour position, working Monday - Friday. Flexibility is required. The perfect candidate will develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services at Scandinavian Communities in accordance with acceptable social work practice and Federal and State regulations.
Need computer experience and work in long term care setting.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Proven experience in program management, preferably with experience in a Long Term Care setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and data analysis
