Title : Territory Manager

Location : Dallas Metro

Seniority : Individual Contributor / entry

Description

  • Break into medical sales with a well-known, international manufacturer of energy-based medical devices.
  • The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating leads within an assigned territory of North Texas.
  • This role is 100% new business focused and will require overnight travel.

Call points include : Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Medical Spas, ENT's, Dentists, Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Urologists, OBGYN's

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Commission
  • Uncapped Commission Potential
  • $150,000 On Target Earnings
  • $600 / month car allowance
  • Healthcare, Vision, 401K, Vacation, PTO
  • All Expenses Paid

    • Primary Responsibilities

  • Researching, sourcing, and developing new leads within assigned territory
  • Cold calling in person and over the phone to identify new equipment sales opportunities
  • Work in tandem with Sr. Sales Representative in territory to bring developed leads to a close
  • Coordinate in-territory with client support personnel
  • Utilize provided CRM to update and maintain accurate sales territory records
  • Perform sales demonstrations to perspective buyers
  • Negotiate pricing and coordinate financing options

    • Desired Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of successful, outside sales experience is required
  • Money-Motivated, hunter mentality
  • Ability to travel overnight 30% of the time
