Key Roles / Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the specialized market segment.
- Market Research : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specialized market segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
- Product Positioning and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Sales Training and Support : Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights to enhance their effectiveness in the specialized market segment.
- Develop and regularly update on Distribution, Food & Beverage Markets - Overview and Analysis
- Recommend Alternate Products Based on Cost, Availability or Specifications.
- Provide Monthly Reports Consisting of Account Sales Summaries, Aged Inventory, Sales Projections, Account Receivables and other Pertinent Sales Information.
- Technically oriented or keen to learn about the technical aspect of glass manufacturing and decoration
- Make Presentations to customers. Willing to make cold calls
- Takes a personal interest in the business of their assigned customer
