Commercial Waterproofing Division

Your Role
- Take ownership of the branch and lead it as your own business
- Implement long-term strategies to develop and expand the region
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Budgeting and financial management
- Managing and mentoring new staff
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial waterproofing
- Experience in a senior leadership position overseeing a large team
- Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
