Job Location   Eau Claire, WI

Starting Date   Immediately

Employment Term   Direct Hire Career

Employment Type   Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift)   Days, 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday (810 hour shifts, occasional weekends as needed)

Starting Pay   $21 to $23 per hour

Required Education   High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Required Experience   Prior experience with forklifts and heavy machinery is a plus, but not required (training available)

Responsibilities :

• Inspect and sort inbound material, including identification of non-ferrous metals
• Operate forklifts, bobcats, alligator shears, and hydraulic balers
• Safely package, move, and process scrap materials
• Communicate respectfully with customers and vendors
• Maintain general housekeeping and adhere to safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned
