Summary :

The Communications Manager will be an integral part of the CEO’s office, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This position will manage the CEO’s social media presence by generating engaging content and ensuring sound execution.

In addition, this position will provide editorial support for the CEO’s external and internal communications.

Primary Responsibilities :

Oversees the CEO’s social media profile management across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook), reports back on social performance, and evaluates emerging platforms.

Manages the CEO’s social content from conception to implementation (identify opportunities, draft posts, secure photography or artwork, obtain necessary approvals, and publish final material).

Conducts social listening to monitor and manage the CEO’s social mentions.Prepares speeches, talking points, and / or presentations for all media engagements and both internal and external communications.

Develops, coordinates, and socializes a social media calendar that identifies important events that may warrant social media attention.

Collaborates with the corporate marketing team to create social content in alignment to firm brand standards.Utilizes third-party publishing tools to execute, actively troubleshoots and solves execution challenges that may arise.

Performs other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications :

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is required.7 10 years of experience managing social media marketing.

Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.Prior experience working with C-suite leadership is required.

Proven ability to build and execute social media marketing plans.Strong verbal and professional communication skills.Exceptional writing skills.

Must be available to attend events after hours, if needed.
