Responsibilities :

Manage A Z process for Non-Laufer routed clientsManage customs entries for Laufer routed clientsAccurate and timely filing of Import Security Filing for Non-Laufer routed clientsCorrespond with clients regarding ISF, documents, classification, customs / PGA issues, exams / holds, etc.

Ensure accuracy of commercial documents for Customs entryMaintain and manage client product HTS databasesMonitor, track and tracing client shipmentsEnsure accurate and timely transmission of CBP & PGA entries of assigned clientsCommunicate with CBP, OGA’s, SSL, forwarders and terminals to resolve clearance issuesSecure freight release for Non-Laufer routed clients when requiredArrange delivery for Non-Laufer routed clients when requiredProcess / monitors Post Summary filingsParticipates in on-going education / training

Qualifications :

Customs Brokerage License preferred, but not requiredCustoms and PGA business understanding Minimum 1 year CHB experienceAbility to work with standard business technology toolsOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-taskResearch, excellent conflict resolution / creative problem-solving, and follow-up skillsAbility to articulate clearly through written and oral presentationAbility to work independently and within a team environmentBenefits :

Salary range : $40,000-65,000 depending on experience.INDHP
