Project Manager - Property Management or Real Estate

We are looking for a Project Manager who will focus on managing people and projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or real estate, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the effective management of our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Team Leadership :

  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Provide clear direction, set expectations, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Encourage professional development and growth within the team.Stakeholder Communication :
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Property Management / Real Estate Expertise :

  • Apply knowledge of property management and real estate best practices to ensure project success.
  • Utilize industry insights to inform project planning and execution.

Process Improvement :

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuously evaluate project management methodologies and tools to optimize performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on property management or real estate, is prefered.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
