What You'll Do

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years experience in sales operations, with a focus on managing inside sales representatives and operations team members.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team and driving measurable improvements in sales or related processes.
- Proven success in optimizing sales operations, pipeline management, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools to track and report on sales activities and performance.
