Join our team of dedicated professionals in Houston, Texas! We are seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to support our students' communication needs across various schools within the district.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of children while working alongside experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs).

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with SLPs to conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans under the supervision of licensed SLPs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in group or one-on-one settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team.

Requirements :

  • Associates degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
  • Current SLPA licensure or certification in the state of Texas.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
