Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive legal advice, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with the relevant legal frameworks.
- Offer expert interpretation of complex laws, rulings, and regulations to our valued clients.
- Vigorously represent clients in various stages of litigation, ensuring their rights are protected and voices are heard.
- Present at arbitration or mediation hearings, adeptly navigating complex legal landscapes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and gather pertinent evidence to strengthen cases.
- Prepare and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to legal standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, promoting an environment of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
- Foster innovative solutions, encouraging the team to think creatively and strategically.
Required Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience handling plaintiff’s personal injury cases
- Experience using a case management software highly preferred
- Accredited Law School
- Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia
- Team player
