Lead GTC's supply chain functions including procurement, investment recovery, warehouse management, and fleet. The Director will manage internal customer requests and external relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities will include optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance GTC's buying process, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen GTC's supply chain resilience.
Direct GTC's growing warehouse operations at the Smarr location. Lead GTC's investment recovery process including redeployment and disposal of unusable materials and equipment.
Responsible for all fleet operations for GTC, Oglethorpe Power Corporation, and Georgia System Operations Corporation. Primary owner of GTC's Maximo Supply Chain platform and interaction with GTC's Accounts Payable team.

Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, corporate policies, guidelines, and procedures, including but not limited to, RUS, OSHA, NERC, FERC, and ITS requirements.
Promotes an environment of compliance and continuous improvement to meet the Corporation's goals and objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : Four (4) year degree in Supply Chain, Management, Engineering, or Construction
- Experience : Ten (10) years of experience in Supply Chain and warehouse operations.
- Equivalent Experience : A combination of twenty (20) years of experience in supply chain and warehousing operations.
- Licenses, Certifications, and / or Registrations : Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is strongly preferred.
- Specialized Skills : Extensive knowledge of all areas and aspects of supply chain management; understanding of utility industry;
strong interpersonal skills & oral and written communications skills.
