We are searching for a qualified individual to join our fast-paced medical office. The Medical Office Assistant will be in charge of scheduling appointments, updating client / employee files, answering phone calls, conducting interviews, and filling in shifts when in need of coverage out in the field, conducting Home supervisory checks, and ensuring all administrative duties are completed.

Due to the volume of clients and complexity of the office, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a high level of attention to detail to work well in this demanding role.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer phone calls and greet applicants.
  • Provide simple information and instructions to applicants, and other callers.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments.
  • Check applicant records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform other clerical tasks such as filing new hire records, copying documents, or refilling printers with paper.
  • Must have advanced computer skills, 40 wpm, able to pass a computer literacy test. Must have a vast knowledge on Microsoft office.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid Driver License, and valid auto insurance

Job Type : Full-time

Wages : 35,360.00 annual income
