Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial.
- Engaging in court, deposition, and motion appearances in NY.
- Mentoring Junior Associates.
Experience you will need :
- At least 8 years of experience in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation.
- Experience in the litigation of Labor Law (Construction injury) cases is a definite plus.
- Proven experience in New York construction law accident cases as well as premises cases.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
