Compensation : $80,000 per year +

What You Will Do in This Role :

• Prioritize safety while leading and managing the Rental Equipment yard team across the assigned territory, ensuring efficient scheduling and daily operations.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, create budgets, and implement cost controls.
• Uphold safety and quality standards, addressing any non-compliance issues swiftly.
• Streamline yard policies and procedures to enhance operational consistency.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation, processing, and distribution of all necessary operational reports and records, including inventory audits and fuel process reporting.
• Manage rental equipment shipping and receiving processes. Initiate resolutions and implement changes as needed.
• Identify yard and rental equipment maintenance needs; initiate the repair process as needed.
• Provide top-notch customer support, ensuring safe equipment operations and assist both the customers and delivery personnel with loading and unloading of equipment.
• Maintain an organized and well-kept yard across all Rental facilities, taking pride in the upkeep of our facilities.
• Be a team player, willing to step in and help with daily tasks and operations as needed.
• Travel is required for training and / or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate :

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Basic repair and diagnostic experience with small and heavy equipment.
• Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees.
• Ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, and customers across multiple divisions.
• Working knowledge of Caterpillar and Allied equipment and how equipment is operated.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Strong assertive and decisive decision-making skills.
