Your Impact

  • Manage and perform land surveying tasks for transportation and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize Right of Way Plans in compliance with MassDOT requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
  • Review title documents and property deeds.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and field crews.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all survey deliverables.

Who You Are

  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on MassDOT projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing MassDOT Right of Way Plans is required.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard survey software and CAD platforms (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
  • Excellent understanding of Massachusetts land survey laws, standards, and practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GIS tools and LiDAR data.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and digital terrain models.
  • Previous project management experience.
