TriboroCenter is looking for a LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) to work at our Skilled NursingFacility in the BronxNY .

DUTIES :

• Collecting information from the residents to be admitted;medical records insurance details.
• Recordinghealth details of residents; including vitals &temperature.
• Administering medications andinjections to residents as needed.
• Treatingand dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants(CNAs).
• Helps residents get dressed and takecare of personal hygiene.
• Monitors residentsfood and liquid intake and output.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license.
• Must bein good standing with State Registry.
• Must bewilling to learn
