Position : Full-Time Lease / Rental Sales Representative Location : Elk River, MN

What You'll Do :

  • Identify Prospects : Compile and visit a list of potential customers to spark interest in vehicle lease programs.
  • Explain Leasing Benefits : Clearly communicate the advantages of leasing to customers.
  • Develop Proposals : Utilize our leasing company proposal and marketing materials.
  • Calculate Charges : Compute leasing charges based on contract length, mileage, and taxes.
  • Prepare Contracts : Send leasing contracts to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain Logs : Organize and maintain a customer visit log.
  • Monitor Needs : Communicate customer needs and requests to the relevant departments.
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales, leasing, and rentals.
  • Report : Prepare business transaction and expense reports.

What We're Looking For :

  • Communication Skills : Effective oral and written communication.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong managerial and organizational abilities.
  • Customer Service : Superior customer service skills.
  • Education : High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Numerical Skills : Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
