Paralegal
Sacramento's preeminent full-service law firm, is expanding its practice group and seeking talented individuals to join its team.

This position is hybrid and must be based out of Sacramento.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in corporate and real estate practice areas
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Assist with transactional matters, including due diligence and document preparation
- Manage case files and maintain organized electronic records
- Coordinate with clients and external parties as needed
Requirements :
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate law and a strong understanding of corporate law
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work "hands-on"
- Possesses legal technical skills and knowledge of software systems such as; Acrobat, Pro DC, Smart Sheet, and Intapp Time
