Job Title : Construction Estimator Concrete Restoration (Miami / Doral)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Experience analyzing specifications and documents to project construction costs, prepare take-offs and oversee bids across multiple divisions.
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience with some of that experience in 40-year recertification projects a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or in a related field will be considered.
- Experience in leading an estimator team and managing supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure precise bid preparation and cost control.
- Accountable for preparing and overseeing bids, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and effective management of project risks and costs.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to identify and address issues quickly, ensuring projects stay on track and objectives are met.
- Proficient with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Monday.com and Microsoft Suite software programs.

- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $95,000 (commensurate with experience).
