Duties :
In today’s data-centric landscape, the effective management and governance of models lie at the heart of informed decision-making.
We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking professional to fill a contractor position in our dynamic Enterprise Model Governance (EMG) Team.
This new role will play a key part in collecting a complete inventory of all models, internally built or externally acquired, that are currently in production so that the EMG could place them into the newly launched EMG program.
Responsibilities :
- Work with various leads across the company to identify models currently in production.
- Identify owners, developers, users, and other stakeholders for these models.
- Perform a gap analysis to identify deficiencies in compliance with model lifecycle governance protocol.
- Work with model stakeholders to secure applicable model documentation, as identified from the gap analysis.
- Enter those models that are not included in our current inventory into the MIME system.
- Assign risk tiers to models according to EMG methodology.
- Communicate with various teams and stakeholders about the new MEG program.
- Support other MEG tasks as requested.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding ability to build relationships and navigate within a complex organization.
- Self-awareness, maturity, ability to collaborate as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Passionate self-starter to collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish trust & transparency in model lifecycles.
- Good knowledge in data science, and model development and applications.
- Two years of experiences in program management.
