Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a School Psychologist for a position in the Comer, GA area. This role will involve providing essential psychological support to students within a school environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs
- Collaborating with school staff and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing counseling and intervention services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student concerns
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of school-wide initiatives to enhance student well-being
Requirements :
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid School Psychologist certification / license in Georgia
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
