Children's Mental Health and Wellness - CFTSS OLP Intern (Unpaid)

The student intern will provide OLP toclients ages 5-21 and be required to complete documentation in accordance withall agencies, county and state guidelines i.

e., progress notes, treatmentplans. They will also gain experiencein working with children with varying needs, will learn about various communityresources, and will gain knowledge on how to advocate for their clients.

A valid NYS driver's license with a safe andresponsible driving history and ability to conduct home and field visits. When the intern is requested to transport aclient, the program will provide an agency vehicle.

Qualifications and Requirements Include :

  • 2nd Year Master of Social Work (SW) Student
  • Valid New York State driver's license with a safe and responsible driving history

Schedule :

  • Opportunity available during the Academic School Year September 2022 thru May 2023
  • Blended work Assignment (Both Remote and On-Site Work)
  • Days and times are flexible as this internshiprequires seeing the clients when they are available which is afternoon / earlyevenings or weekends.
