They are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Director to join their talented team.

This role will be critical in driving the execution of agile principles, strategy and structure of accountability. You would work closely with their leadership team to ensure the successful application of technology to enable the strategic vision of the firm.

Requirements :

  • High level of understanding of agile principles
  • Experience with driving implementation of DevOps methodologies to streamline development process, enhance deployment processes, and improve system reliability
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, MS 365, MS Teams, MS Dynamics GP, Azure
  • Experience managing a suite of applications in .Net, Angular, Bootstrap, and emerging functional programming tools
  • Implement reporting tools to provide transparency and availability of KPI’s, and pertinent information for decision support.
  • Develop the technology organization, embedding agile processes, a delivery-centric focus, and a business mindset into the organization.
  • Build and strengthen key technical partnerships with core IT vendors to support delivery of technical innovation in line with business objectives.
  • Manage the technical spend, focusing on value delivery over complexity.
  • Oversee the supported infrastructure that enables business operations Microsoft Business suite deployed through hybrid VMWare VDI and onsite desktop applications, built on a foundation of MS SQL Server on Nimble SAN hardware, as well as mobile device and telecom relationships.
