Project Controls Specialist

STV is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Controls Specialist with a strong background in administrative support to join our team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various project control activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a combination of project management knowledge and administrative expertise to facilitate smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and / or review of project schedules, ensuring accurate timelines and resource allocation.
• Support project managers in updating schedules to reflect actual progress and changes.
• Track and monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of cost reports and financial analyses.
• Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
• Ensure all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Maintain and update project management tools and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related documents.
• Assist in the generation and distribution of project status reports and performance dashboards.
• Support the development of project metrics and KPIs to track progress and performance.
• Help identify project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk registers and ensure timely updates.

$55,584.50 - $74,112.66
