We are looking for a strong RN (licensed in MN) who has demonstrated leadership skills, compassion for the residents, and can develop and maintain strong relationships with community organizations.

You will lead the community's day-to-day operations and ensure the residents are cared for in the best possible way. You will be responsible for assessments, team leadership, and operational excellence.
