Caregiver Extraordinaire : Seeking Additional Hours!

Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is already working with another company and clients but is seeking additional hours.

As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need of care and support.

Responsibilities :

Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.

Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote socialization and emotional well-being.

Document and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.

Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families.

Collaborate effectively with other members of the caregiving team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans.

Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.

Compensation : $16.50-$17.50

This companionship and caregiving position offers flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on Morning, Afternoon and Weekend shifts.

Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care. Part-time and Full-time availability.

Qualifications :

Previous experience working as a caregiver, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.

Valid certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed.

Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
