As an Call Center Customer Service Representative, Job duties include :

  • Act as a dedicated advocate for applicants, customers, & Merchant partners, ensuring their needs are understood & addressed promptly.
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries to determine their needs & provide accurate information regarding credit decisions based on submitted applications.
  • Utilize a tracking system to accurately record all customer interactions & identify expressions of dissatisfaction for resolution.
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, & relevant state & federal regulations.
  • Maintain adherence to Call Quality and Operational standards to deliver exceptional service consistently.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing world-class customer service in an Outbound Call Center environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new knowledge and concepts efficiently.
  • Efficient problem solver with the capability to identify and resolve issues effectively for customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening skills & proficiency in problem-solving.
