Overview

The Graphic Designer will assist the lead designer with in-store elements and all printed materials in store (such as menus, cups, labels, toast boxes, etc.), as well as support launches throughout the year and help plan merch launches.

Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD (Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print materials, digital graphics, and branding elements.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt to changing design requirements and work independently.
• Prior experience with food and beverage branding or food-related designs is a plus.
