Majestic Care’s Guest Relations Director is responsible for building relationships with our residents, staff, and family members by being involved with all aspects of the facility.
This position will report to our executive leadership team at the home office.
The ideal candidate will :
- Be able to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and family members
- Be detail-oriented
- Lead by example within the facility
- Have strong leadership and team-building skills
- Be able to navigate issues and come to leadership with solutions
Majestic Care is seeking a candidate with 5 plus years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
