SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER OR PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED IN AUSTIN TEXAS!!!

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager to join our client's team and help them to continue to drive their success.
In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large scale commercial projects. You will be managing these projects from the initial planning stage through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and will be comfortable working on large, complex projects.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills and will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
You will need to have a good understanding of the current construction industry regulations and be able to ensure that all projects are carried out in accordance with these standards.
In addition to this, you should have :
- A degree or equivalent in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
- Proven experience of managing large scale commercial projects
- A good working knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to lead and manage teams
