Job Description
This role involves conducting routine and specialized tests in Clinical and / or Microbiology Laboratories.
Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of tests in clinical and microbiology settings to support diagnoses.
- Adhere to Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) standards, particularly concerning patient age-specific requirements.
- Analyze samples related to a broad demographic, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or a closely related field.
- Must obtain a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License upon hire.
- Ideal candidates will have recent graduation or less than one year of professional experience.
