Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact this summer! Join a respected munity health pharmacy in Jacksonville, FL, providing essential care to the HIV / AIDS munity. We seek a reliable and proactive Pharmacist for a maternity leave contract (16-18 weeks).

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM; Friday 8 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately dispense prescriptions in a patient-focused retail setting.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and daily operations.
  • Provide thorough patient consultations and medication counseling.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Proactively identify and address pharmacy needs.
  • Maintain regulatory pliance and accurate records.
  • Utilize the QS1 system (training provided).

Qualifications :

  • Active Florida Pharmacist License (Required).
  • Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience (Required).
  • Proven experience with HIV / AIDS medications (Required - must be on rsum).
  • Familiarity with or quick aptitude for QS1 software.
  • Strong professional demeanor and dedication to patient care.
