Job Overview
This position will report to the Information Technology Manager and is instrumental in the internal support structure of all IT-related services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing support / maintenance of ERP environment, providing support and general IT services to all company associates, performing physical setup of hardware / software on desktops, laptops, printers, and desire to gain expertise on new technology and products.
Essential Job Duties / Key Responsibilities :
- Provide ongoing support and analysis for our ERP system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system.
- Supports, maintains, and develops BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS Reports, and BPMs in the company's ERP environment.
- Work with our Cloud-Based EDI Integration on managing and maintaining EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) interfaces, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange with trading partners.
- Monitor EDI activity and troubleshoot any errors or issues that may arise.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP and EDI functionality.
- Delivers IT support for all associates and the ability to set up new user accounts with secure practices.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in regulatory compliance audits and assessments utilizing frameworks like CMMC, NIST, ISO
- Handles troubleshooting for both documented and undocumented software problems on one or multiple devices, resolving issues by updating, altering, reinstalling, or removing software as needed.
- Possesses the skills to develop and apply effective solutions. Conducts hardware diagnostics to pinpoint issues or sources of reduced performance, and may replace, upgrade, or modify hardware components.
- Provides general IT support for various remote offices across the United States and may occasionally travel to manage onsite projects or deliver specialized support.
- Responsible to help in the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization.
- Creates new documentation pertaining to software and hardware products and issues.
- Provides input and recommendations for departmental processes and procedures, considering impact on the organization. Evaluates and implements best practices with technology.
- Research, recommends, and applies technical solutions to enhance productivity in meeting business needs.
- Coordinates and / or independently works on single or multiple, complex projects or tasks, requiring limited technical or management guidance.
- Initiates and completes postmortem process for problems as appropriate.
- Collaborate with software and hardware vendors to define product specifications, conduct evaluations, address technical challenges, and develop solutions.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours (nights or weekends) as business needs dictate.
- Desire to gain expertise in new technology, products, and perform additional duties as required.

Key Competencies (Skills and Abilities) :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Provide first-level technical support to internal clients.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is a must.Experience with Microsoft SQL and report development utilizing SSRS.Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 Business. Ability to use Command Prompt, PowerShell, and other CLIs.Understanding of networks, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, configuration, and topology.Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD and provisioning of users and groups.Ability and desire to gain understanding of cloud deployment, new technology and products.Support special projects as they occur.Education and Experience :
Associate or bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in an IT-related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP systems.Experience supporting end-users with software, hardware and networking related issues preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with SQL queries and C# coding preferred.Licenses and Certifications :

At any one of the Value Added Companies (VAC), the environment can be associated with manufacturing, office, retail, and laboratory.The manufacturing environment and laboratory requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by each facility.
