General Counsel
Jorns & Associates LLC is looking to fill a General Counsel opening. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to leadership on various corporate, regulatory, and client matters and act as the company’s legal representative.
The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited university, at least 6 years of experience working as a practicing attorney, and previous supervisory experience.
They must also have previous experience working with regulatory agencies, corporate governance issues, reviewing contracts and agreements, and have a working knowledge of business-related statutes, rules, and regulations.
