com.In this role, you will : Develop and execute customer experience solutions for customer service channelsManage the design, creation, and production of customers experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisionsDesign, develop, test, and refine prototypesPartner with Content Management Strategist to define content that is consistent across productsAct as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Product DesignLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across Product Design or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to othersProvide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or enterprise-wide strategiesStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to Product Design leadership
Required Qualifications : 7+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
