Are you a passionate content editor with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of SharePoint?
We're seeking a talented Content Editor to join our team and play a crucial role in creating and managing engaging content for our SharePoint-based projects.
You'll collaborate with our team of developers and designers to ensure our content is informative, well-structured, and accessible to our users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage high-quality content for SharePoint sites, including articles, blog posts, training materials, and documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Create and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and other content types.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of SharePoint workflows and automations.
- Provide support to end-users on how to create, edit, and manage content within SharePoint.
- Stay up-to-date on SharePoint best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a content editor or writer.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint features and capabilities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
