What to expect : Bring a resume, CDL B, DOT Medical Card and come prepared to interview with the hiring managers

MUST BE WILLING TO COMMUTE TO NEWARK, NJ FOR TRAINING

COMMUTING EXPENSE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS OF BROOKLYN, QUEENS, LONG ISLAND, BRONX

Up to $250 Per Week Transportation Reimbursement)

Reimbursement Payment Issued in Separate Check Tax Free

Farmland Fresh is looking for CDL B Drivers that have a passion for driving and providing customer service while delivering dairy and other perishable foods in the Tri-state area! POSITIONS WE ARE HIRING FOR / RATE OF PAY :

• CDL A Holder : $30.00 / hr.
• CDL B Holder : $27.00 / hr.
• New CDL Graduates A or B Holders : $24.00 / hr.
• $7,000 SIGN-ON BONUS contingent on verifiable experience
• Helper provided on route.
• All positions includes benefits such as :

About the Event :

• Open Interviews
• DATE : October 22nd, 2024
• TIME : 9am-12pm
• LOCATION : WORKFORCE 1 120 Stuyvesant Pl 3rd floor, Staten Island, NY 10301
• PARKING : Street parking or paid parking lot available behind shopping center.

Schedules :

• Dispatch times : 2am-5am
• Shift : 8-10 hours per day, approximately
• Stops per route : 25-35 depending on location and route
• Days off : Sunday and second day off in the middle of the week, must be able to work Saturdays

Requirements :

• CDL Class B, Valid DOT Medical Card Required
• Ability to lift / push / pull 60 lbs or more frequently and transport product on hand trucks into basements, and up / down stairways
• Ability to withstand temperature changes by going in / out of refrigerated areas and working in all weather conditions
• Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)
• Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations)
• Have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Engage in trainings / participate in ongoing trainings that could provide a career as a driver
