Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human services or behavioral science, with some paid or volunteer experience with some paid or volunteer experiences in the field of chemical dependency treatment preferred.
- Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or comparable certification with one (1) year of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency or equivalent preferred.

The Lead PCA will observe and monitor client behavior and emotional status. Provide coverage to the Program and is available to clients as needed.
The Lead PCA will report client behavior, activities, and emotional status to clinical staff through verbal and written report.
Responsible for maintaining the client census as well as providing the orientation process. The Lead PCA will provide supervision for all PCA staff.
