About The Position
Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : CT Technologist Job Duration : 17 weeks Shift : 12-hour nights, Friday to Sunday, 7 p.
m. to 7 a.m. with on-call duty every 4-5 weeks Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years required License : Not required to submit Certifications : ARRT (CT), BLS Must-Have : Experience with GE 16 Slice Scanner, GE 6 slice, and Phillips Ingenuity- 264 slice Job Description : Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Work with a variety of CT scanners and ensure proper functionality.- Maintain accurate patient records using the MEDITECH charting system.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.- Provide exceptional patient care through effective communication and empathy.
- Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to interpret and administer CT scans accurately.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.- Adhere strictly to the 75-mile radius rule for eligible candidates as per the addressed driver's license.
- Attend a 16-hour orientation prior to starting the position.
