The Opportunity

As Varjo continues to pioneer the future of immersive technology, we are looking for an experienced and empathetic Health and Wellbeing Coach to support the holistic wellness and development of our employees.

In this role, you will provide personalized guidance and strategies to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being, promoting a culture of health and balance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions focusing on improving employees' overall health, fitness, and mental well-being.
• Develop wellness programs that encourage healthy habits, stress management, and work-life balance aligned with Varjo's culture and objectives.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to integrate health and wellbeing initiatives into broader company strategies.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, fitness, mental resilience, and emotional intelligence to help employees manage stress and achieve their personal wellness goals.
• Track employee progress and provide ongoing feedback, ensuring they are fully supported throughout their wellness journey.
• Organize workshops and group sessions on topics such as mindfulness, stress reduction, emotional resilience, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Health and Wellbeing Coach or in a similar role focused on promoting holistic wellness.
• Expertise in coaching methodologies related to physical health, mental well-being, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate employees to make positive lifestyle changes.
• A compassionate, results-oriented approach to helping individuals improve their health and well-being.
• Passionate about promoting healthy living in a professional, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and stress management techniques is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
