Responsibilities / Tasks
- Supervise start-up of company's product line
- Perform maintenance procedures and warranty work on company's product line
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems on refrigeration systems
- Assist in the development of new products and improvement of existing products from a service perspective
- Submit required paperwork in a timely manner and provide technical training to users / customers
- Work on spiral freezers including maintenance and troubleshooting
- Optimize processes to increase operational efficiency
Your Profile / Qualifications
Minimum Education : High school or trade school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Certification : RETA CIRO Certified
Minimum Experience : Four years' experience with industrial refrigeration equipment
Minimum Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to problem-solve and resolve issues, detail-oriented
Non-Exempt
100% Travel Required (within U.S.A)
Most Weekends off
