BIM Specialist / Manager
Responsibilities :
- Manage REVIT, including add-ins, deployments, implementations, standards, customizations, and family creation.
- Partner with the firm’s technology committee to establish digital and BIM standards and procedures and then implement these updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, integrating new methodologies as appropriate.
- Develop efficient workflows and techniques to bring enhanced value to the design and production phases of projects best practices.
- Passion to learn and share digital innovations and potential applications. Lead periodic team sessions for knowledge-share and collaborations.
- Conduct regular Revit model reviews and audits to identify and resolve issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and software to improve BIM / Technology workflows.
- Oversee training, onboarding & development of all company software.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in related design field(s) including Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience or demonstrate equivalency of experience and education.
- Professional experience of management of BIM for the purpose of construction document creation.
- It requires a strong competency in administrative support for design projects and good working knowledge of MS Office, Deltek Vision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Newforma, as well as the ability to perform in a self-directed manner.
