Position : Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting. An MBA and / or CPA is preferred.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a complex, multinational, multi-site environment.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- Expertise in managing financial planning tools and processes.
- A deep understanding of US GAAP and fundamental knowledge of cost accounting practices.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with the ability to challenge norms and existing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading a high-performance team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- The ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the Finance team, you will lead strategic financial planning and reporting efforts, ensuring precise analysis, compliance, and data-driven decision-making to drive organizational growth.
