Job Title : Bilingual Clerk
Location : Dallas, TX
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay : $18.24 / hour
Responsibilities :
Perform and support clerical duties including filing and maintaining documents
Interacts effectively with the public answering inquiries and processing requested information
Answering phone calls and emails
Greeting visitors
Managing meeting
Filing and office organization
Processing invoice requests
Other duties as needed
Job Requirements :
Bilingual Fluent Spanish required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required to Perform Work-
Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work under limited direction and to take initiative
Ability to establish short and long term goals for the program
Ability to communicate effectively, at all levels, both orally and in writing
HS Diploma or GED required
