Description
Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Paralegal to join our Pre-Litigation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates and maintains regular contact with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Drafts secondary legal documents
- Composes and sends formal letters to opposing counsel to facilitate case proceedings and negotiations
- Drafts detailed witness statements to support case arguments and provide critical evidence.
- Organizes case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and timely
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant experience working as a paralegal
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Full-time availability
