Ground Missile Defense (GMD) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation’s defense against ballistic missile attacks.
The GMD Weapon System processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.
The Work
Candidates will work in an Agile team environment, where they will actively engage in sprints and other Agile process activities.
The selected engineer with support a fast past, forward looking Software Development environment on the Architecture and Delivery (A&D) product team's Automated Test and Verification team, with tasking directed at Continuous Integration and Continuous Deliver (CI / CD).
