What does a Experienced Bilingual Assistant Manager do?
As an Experienced Bilingual Assistant Manager at Zen Living Management, you can expect a dynamic and engaging daily routine. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Community Manager in overseeing the property operations to maintain high resident satisfaction. You will facilitate income collections, process renewals, and manage communications with residents and prospects to ensure a seamless living experience. Your role involves coordinating property tours, addressing resident inquiries, and handling maintenance requests efficiently.
Daily tasks will also include maintaining accurate records, updating resident files, and leveraging your bilingual skills to assist a diverse community. Your schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with Saturday hours from 10 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM. This structure allows for a balanced work-life environment while ensuring that our community thrives under your capable management.
