Pay & Benefits :

At Straka, we believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and dedication, which is why we offer competitive salaries rather than a per-visit or point model.

This reflects our dedication to quality care and provides our clinicians with the security and peace of mind needed to focus on the well-being of our clients.

Our salary structure is designed to prioritize job satisfaction and a healthy work-life balance. We believe that the best care comes from clinicians who are well-supported, not overworked.
