$20-$35 per hour based off experience and qualifications

Work for the top locally owned and operated, trusted collision repair shop in Waukon and surrounding area since 1988. All of our technicians are I-CAR trained. We have OEM certifications from Ford, GM. You will be working with the highest quality and most highly trained employees in the area. We have a very low turn over rate with employees.

Kious Kountry Collision Center is seeking a qualified, long-term candidate to fill the position of Collision RepairTechnician. Our goal is to provide the highest quality in collision repair while providing the best possible customer experience. Experience in the collision repair field is not required as we prefer to train for this full-time position.

Duties

This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in order to provide accurate high quality repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess strong organizational skills, have sufficient skills, be self-motivated, organized, reliable, flexible and punctual. This person must also be comfortable working on multiple projects at once; this individual should not only enjoy challenging tasks but handle changing priorities as well.
